Have officially lost access to this blog, as predicted.

Google has deemed me an undesirable, and I have been cancelled from accessing this blog. As of right now, I am unable to login to this account, and the only reason I can access it right now, I assume, is because this machine was still logged in prior to my cancellation for "hate speech". Once this machine is logged out at some point, I won't be able to get back in. I'll be setting up a new blog on Wordpress (www.DissidentAmerican.wordpress.com) and my content will still be posted to www.AmericanPartisan.org as well. I'll be trying to find out if Islands82 (our other admin) is still able to access this blog. If so, I'll be turning it over to him.

If any readers would like to, please send me your email addresses at TheGrayMan314@protonmail.com.

The guns at the Free American National blog will not be spiked. They'll be fired until we are dead.

Your one-stop info center on "The Great Reset". For widest dissemination. This is the endgame. Also, my primary, secondary and emergency commo for when we go dark.

These links below from JohnyMac at American Partisan will show you what the globalist-elites (AKA, Globohomo) have in store for people like you and I. Coronavirus, whether it's man-made or not, has been used to usher in a new era, a "new world order", so to speak, and the process for making it happen is being called by the people who are spearheading it, those being the Davos crowd, "The Great Reset."

World Economic Forum Davos, Switzerland - The Great Reset

Time Magazine - The Great Reset

The Great Reset Hits Primetime - Laura Ingraham

And one more from Matt Bracken:

What the Progressive Socialist Liberals Have in Store for Conservatives: A Master Course in Government-Sponsored Genocide

"You'll own nothing, and like it."

Well, now... That's interesting.

This is their endgame, and it doesn't end well for you or me, or our children. Get your affairs in order. I've lost access already to most of my Google account, which includes multiple sites such as YouTube (which is currently the most widely used social media site in the world). All I have left publicly online at this point is this blog, my writing at American Partisan and my Gab account (@TheGrayMan314). I expect to lose access to this blog sooner rather than later. It's ramping up.

Primary commo to me is my encrypted email, which is posted on this site, and that is TheGrayMan314@protonmail.com .

Secondary commo to me is at Gab.com. My handle there, again, is @TheGrayMan314 .

Emergency commo to me is simply by commenting on my articles at American Partisan or at www.dissidentamerican.wordpress.com. I write under the name "Gray Man" or "Grey Man". I do see the comments on my stuff at both places, and so do several other writers there.

A few of you have my phone number. That is still active. Get your own commo plans (primary, secondary, emergency). Make a non-tech commo option as well (dead drops, smoke signals, whatever) for your local people. Low tech beats high tech. Usually.

These people want you dead, and your children brainwashed, or raped and killed, and they think it's funny.

Time to get your guerrilla mindset on. Find something communist and destroy it. Don't get caught. If you do, don't take any friends down with you. Take a few of "them" instead. Stay out of Sarajevo.

The intelligent man is one who can re-calibrate his worldview.

One major problem I see with "American society" today, if there is such a thing that can be described that way, is that it's full of people who developed their worldview while they were in high school, or shortly after in college, and spent the rest of their formative years, those being up until their early thirties, in my opinion, seeking out only information that supports that worldview, and never contradicts it.

The problem here is several things. A worldview developed during someone's high school years or early twenties is almost certainly based upon information the individual was too naive to know was flawed. Secondly, for a person to remain psycho-socially healthy and useful to the world on both a micro (in their own family and friend circle) and macro (in their community) level, they have be able to change and adapt as new, correct, reasonable, logical information comes in. This requires them to constantly retool their character and re-calibrate that worldview. The final problem is that they are actively working to avoid changing by intentionally disregarding information that goes against their presuppositions.

This is not to say that all new information is valid. It's certainly not. You're just as likely to receive bad information in your thirties as you are in high school. Probably even more so, since by this time much of the information you receive comes from those who want something from you. This is also not to say that you need to make re-calibrations based on all of the valid information you learn. Much of that new information will still be pure garbage, even if it is accurate. It is necessary to resist destructive lifestyle influences. But when something comes along that is reasonable, truthful, logical, ethical, provable and useful, then it behooves you to explore it.

Another thing to be aware of is that many of these people have their worldview directly implanted into their psyche by someone else, such as a college professor. They accept this new idea wholesale and make no changes to it, and therefore are at the mercy of whatever mistakes or nefarious intentions of the person doing the implanting. This is often done intentionally for the gain of some cause. This is blatantly observable in Western Civilization today. There is a violent movement of people calling themselves AntiFa, Black Lives Matter, #MeToo, and many other things. These are people who have a flawed, crystallized worldview that they are attempting to force upon the rest of society.

Nothing short of a war will stop them, and nothing done inside the confines of the "rule of law" will have a positive effect. The rules are in place to ensure that you follow them, so that you will lose to those who don't.

Political relativism on the rise to empower the opposition.

Moral and spiritual relativism has been a common problem in western society and is ever growing.

This also correlates to our political scene of course.

Trump did win the majority vote I have no doubt and he did lose due to corruption I am sure but in my own circles I have seen an ever rising demographic of people who insist that " no matter who wins the election the outcome is the same"

This milquetoast mentality is not only patently false and demonstrably proven as false but it is also dangerous and works in the interest of the political left and the outside nation states like China that the left works to aid inadvertently and other's intentionally.

Under Biden and Obama ISIS thrived and grew, under Trump they were shredded in Iraq and Syria and Trump as promised did not occupy Syria he pulled troops from the region when the objectives were achieved.

Under Biden and Obama human/ child sex traffic was thriving as their fellow cabinet member Hillary and Bill spent weeks at a time on Epstiens island.

Under Trump the feds have been making massive busts saving young women and children in the thousands.

Under Biden/ Obama China and foreign nations functioned with economic corruption with no hinderance.

Under Trump we had serious economic pressure on China, Germany/ EU and mass USA economic prosperity.

There was minimal border security under Obama/Biden in fact our own FBI found that our own government was sending guns to cartels.

Under Trump construction of his wall has come to fruition in states that are allowing it.

With Trump we have not seen an expansion of the military industrial complex but we did under Obama/Biden and attempts to create wars with Syria and Russia.

Funny how the peace nicks hate Trump but think Biden will bring a more peaceful world.

We have a man who is willing to address the murder of whites in South Africa in public, the threat of Islamic jihadists he put pressure on the state department to aid South Africa from the horrific violence the people are facing under influence of the ANC government.

he has pledged to support Armenians against Turkey and passed bills to support Christians being persecuted in the middle east.

Trump shutdown the TPP act and the Paris accord Biden will roll us back into something akin the the green new deal.

Biden claims the proud boys are terrorists and that Antifa is a myth and does not exist.

Trump has been attempting to get Antifa domestic terrorist status.

Trump is not perfect and I have criticized him numerous times but this idea that the results are the same under anyone we pick or the cliche lines like " all politicians are crooked" do nothing but empower the political left.

There is a clear difference!

Trump has been a mixed bag but he is all we got man.

Trump: "Frankly, we did win this election."

As of this hour, Donald Trump has made a speech stating that we have won the 2020 election. He states that just before his victory was complete, the election was stopped and there is now a "fraud" being committed against the American people.

As Trump stated, he maintains a lead in Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. I personally went through the posted numbers for Wisconsin, county by county, and I have observed that there does not appear to be a path for Biden to win Wisconsin. North Carolina and Georgia are fully counted and Trump has won those states as well. Assuming that Biden wins Nevada (which he will), he requires a victory in Michigan AND Pennsylvania. Trump only needs one of those. On top of that, independent media is reporting that Arizona is still in play.

I believe Trump has legitimately won reelection. However, I can not predict who will be in the White House in January. Trump has used Twitter to communicate directly to his supporters, and his account is not able to post or be followed at this time. Seems like a coordinated censorship.

The coup is underway. Stand by for a fight.

Gentlemen, Prepare to Defend Yourselves.

Originally posted by the Gray Man at American Partisan.

November 3rd, 2020. It is a day that will live in infamy for around half of the country. Or at least around half of those who are voting. In the coming days at least 100 million Americans or more will come to the crushing realization that their entire worldview and way of life has been thoroughly repudiated by at least another 100 million Americans.

No one is quite sure what is going to happen today. We may not even know by the end of tonight, or even tomorrow. Maybe we won't know the actual result for weeks. There are predictions on top of predictions around the web and we all know that most of them are predicting a Joe Biden victory. The mainstream media is much more guarded and cautious after what happened in 2016, but they are still predicting a win for "Sleepy Joe" nonetheless. I feel they are using skewed polling to influence the vote. I think that they also fail to factor in the "shy" Trump voters, those people who feel like they're forced to hide their support for Donald Trump and who often refuse to speak with pollsters. Still I see many on the right, on sites like Gab, presenting clear and compelling arguments for a Trump victory, some even saying it could be a landslide. Rush Limbaugh has been saying for several days that Democrats have gone into panic mode over internal numbers that say the Hunter Biden story has had a major impact on support.

Regardless of what happens, we here at American Partisan would like to say that we are with you all, the patriots and God-fearing men and women of America. Real America. Wake up, pray to almighty God for strength, and then go vote. Encourage other patriots to vote. Give them a ride if they need it.

When the work is done and the polls are closed, go home and relax. Sit outside tonight or by a fire and sip on some bourbon or sweet tea. Your ammo should be topped off, guns cleaned, knives sharpened. Your gear should be pre-staged and your heart pre-hardened.

Pray again for strength and guidance like Washington did. We will all need it if God sees fit to give it.

I don't pretend to be any more politically connected or informed than anyone else, but I've made my own maps and run through a hundred or a thousand of my own electoral scenarios, assuming the left lets the vote be counted correctly and stand on it's own. Almost all of my scenarios seem to be running through the state of Pennsylvania, and I guess the candidates sense that as well, because they both spent the last bit of time in that state. If I was paid to make an electoral map prediction, I'm predicting each candidate to get 259, and after that I have no idea where Pennsylvania's 20 votes will go. Someone wins the White House 279-259. That's my outlook, for now.

The recent reports I've seen say that the Biden lead throughout the land has been shrinking for the past week or two and is now inside the polling margin of error in many of the "toss-up" states. This would bring me to believe that Trump will have upward momentum going into the vote itself. Common sense would lead me to believe that this will be a very close electoral race, but it's hard to know if the information you get is any good these days.

As far as what will happen after the election is "decided", however that occurs, it looks grim. I think we all know what sort of horrifying dystopian reality Kamala Harris (since I believe she and others like her will be calling the shots) has planned for us dissidents. We must do everything we can to prevent the "Biden Administration" from getting into the White House. If Trump wins it though, it very well may be all out 4th and 5th generational warfare. The left has been rioting and burning for most of Trump's four years and I fully expect them to enlarge their operations (because they ARE coordinated operations) and expand them into your town. As far as they're concerned, win or lose, we must be punished. Punished for electing Trump to begin with. Punished for defeating Hillary. Punished for being Christian, for being Conservative, for being white, for being men, for being Americans. Punished for existing.

In short, there is no peace to be had.

Is our side, whatever we are calling ourselves this week, up to this challenge? Do we love what America is supposed to be enough to risk everything to get it back? The other side is armed and angry, and they're coming after us whether they win the election or not.

"Gentlemen, prepare to defend yourselves!”

Using a small storm as a test run for preparedness.

We just got through riding out Hurricane Sally. I was working in the emergency room during the early part of landfall, and I drove home in the Wrangler about an hour or so before the eyewall landed on us. It was a maxed out category two storm. All in all, not terrible. No damage to our house or vehicles, very little to clean up on the property. Parents and siblings doing well too. We lost power for only about two days.

My wife and I are of the prepper mindset, and we like to use the large thunderstorms we get here on the Gulf Coast to shore up our preps every year. We rarely get to "practice" with cyclones like tropical storms and small hurricanes like Sally because they don't hit as often as they did when we were growing up. We were able to check some boxes this time and make a few changes to our list. For example, drop the kerosene and get more lamp oil, because kerosene smokes and lamp oil does not. As always, need more gas cans, more propane tanks, more ammo, more rain barrels and more sandbags. Going to get a burn barrel and a tow chain. Need to get the CB radio running. There is always something you think of when the lights are out for an extended period of time, that you won't ever think about when the lights stay on.

One thing to note is that this was originally supposed to hit much farther west of us as a tropical storm. So instead of getting a rain band with no wind, we got a direct hit from a category two storm, and it was almost a category three. Easily managed, but still a big difference. Always expect the worst. I had just told my wife that all of the storms that had come near us for the last several years always ended up west of where they predicted. This one ended up well EAST instead, right on top of us.

The way we prepare for the big hurricanes (that will come eventually) translates pretty well to how we would prepare for some other grid-down disaster. You still have to think of it in terms of hierarchy. Shelter, water, food, security. Once those essentials are handled, you move to the secondary needs, medical, commo, intelligence and transportation.

I guess I should have guessed we'd get a lot of storms this year. It's been a hell of a year, 2020. And we still have an election left to go...

Replace RBG now.

The Republitard Party needs to ram Ruth Bader Ginsburg's replacement through the Senate ASAP. None of this waiting game to entice Republitard voters to get out the vote. Considering how easily the Demotards are able to push the Republitards around, even back when the Republitards had the White House, the Senate AND the House, you need to take the wins, as rarely as they come for the Republitards, when you can get them.

Trying to entice right wing voters to show up on election day and vote Trump by dangling another SCOTUS pick in front of them is losing effort. Even if Trump has the numbers to win, that might not be enough. In this era of revolution and violence, the Demotards are willing, and probably able, to do anything and everything to steal the election. If that happens, y'all will be really sorry that the Senate didn't jam Trump's nominee through at breakneck speed. His nominee is expected to be announced within days, and it's been known for a year or more that it's likely to be Amy Coney Barrett. Apparently instead of just picking who the best candidate is, we just replace a woman with a woman. No matter, I guess, that the vast majority of women take a hard left turn ideologically once they get to a position of new power. It's no surprise that the two biggest obstacles in the Senate are Republitard senators Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins. Murkowski is in a tough campaign right now, so she will be looking to ride the fence and stonewall whomever she can. In this case she will be stonewalling her party on the SCOTUS nomination.

Take the wins where you can get them. Especially when the wins have been as rare as they have been.

The mental gymnastics of these people.

Taking an anthropology class, I noticed that the course explains that European explorers "exploited" foreign lands. This chapter is about the science aspect of anthropology. No mention at all of how European explorers contributed to science. Just their "exploitation".

College classes are hard now because people like us, traditionalists, have to wade through a lot of the material to avoid propaganda and brainwashing. Younger generations, like those 20 years old and younger, usually do not have the experience to recognize and defend against it. On top of that, most don't have the will to defend against it. It's easier to just agree with it and soak it in and go with the crowd.

Here's a hint...

Next time you try to think a thought and put it into words, ask yourself "Is this something that everyone else is saying?"

If everyone else is saying pretty much the same thing, or even if it's just the majority of people who are all repeating the same thing, it's probably wrong, or at the very least, it's grossly over simplified.

Majority opinion is rarely based on reality. It's usually just based on self-preservation. People don't want to be standing outside of the group. In the best of times it will put you at a disadvantage. In the worst of times, like today, it can be detrimental to your safety and survival.

Try thinking of something original, something no one, or almost no one, is thinking or saying. You have a much higher chance of it being something worth your time.

It may be detrimental to you to do this, but it is a moral imperative to say the truth and be original when everyone else is lying and repeating the status quo.

Vortex Strikefire Red/Green Dot Sight Review

This is the Vortex Strikefire II red/green dot rifle optic. My dad owns the one you see pictured and I've used it myself. Here are my thoughts about the Strikefire II, occasionally compared to an EoTech XPS and an Aimpoint Comp M4/CCO/M68, as these are what I have owned and used downrange.

Price: I've posted the link above for the optic priced at $200. This price is more than fair for what you're getting in my opinion. You'll still be paying around $550 for the more well known, "higher end" optics like the EoTech XPS line and the Aimpoint CCO. I love both of those pieces, I own the EoTech and I had the Aimpoint in Korea, Germany and Afghanistan. Both are great, but you pay for it. The Strikefire is much more affordable and I have been impressed with the value.

Vision: The red/green dot is 4 MOA, as opposed to the 1 MOA red center dot on my EoTech. The Aimpoint CCO is 2 MOA, if I recall. Honestly, I think 4 MOA is plenty acceptable for the work we have ahead of us. The red/green dot is easily toggled and each color has ten brightness settings controlled by two buttons. This is not a scope, so there is no magnification.

Ergonomics: I'm pretty happy with the ergonomics, but this essentially just speaks to where the control buttons are located. You'll have two buttons on the left side of the optic, one is an up arrow, the other is down. Press either one to turn the dot on, press the up button to brighten, the down button to dim. Hold the bottom button until the color changes to toggle between green and red. Hold the top button to shut it off. Simple, and I love that the buttons are easy to access. My EoTech buttons are similar, but they're located in the center low near the rail. I have a G33 magnifier behind my XPS, so the buttons can be hard to press. Also, the optic sits high enough (but not too high) that there is no need for risers or spacers.

Zero: This optic has held the zero quite well. No major adjustments over the lifetime so far, only one minor adjustment. There is a 100 MOA adjustment range and each click is 1/2 MOA. Four of us were scoring hits at 300 yards in clear weather using 62gr ammo.

Rugged: The Strikefire is water resistant but not waterproof. Rain is fine, but put it underwater. It is shockproof, which is a must for any combat rifle optic.

Misc: Use two eyes to aim, this thing is large enough for it. Cowitnessing is easy with Magpul BUIS. Length is 5.6 inches and it weighs 7.2oz. Using a CR2 battery, you're supposed to be able to get a maximum of 600 hours of life at optimum temps.

My recommendation is that if you don't have the money to purchase something like the Aimpoint Comp M4, you can pick up the Strikefire II from Vortex and you will be more than good to go.

Review of Captain's Blog response to American Partisan

In this previous post on American Partisan, we learned about the experience some fellow well-trained patriots had when they had a run-in with an AntiFa mob. It wasn't pretty, and our guys are not slackers by any stretch of the imagination. Like I said, they're well trained and they have combat experience overseas. They learned a lesson and we need to heed their words. The people we will be fighting are not the gender-studies degree-having, pink haired sissies we like to meme about. They will shoot you, or smoke you in the head with a skateboard, or pepper spray and blind you if you don't watch yourself. And even then, they still might. This fight is coming, it's going to be nasty, and we're all going to have to give a little blood.

In this post at the Captain's Journal, there is an excellent review of the first post, and some salient points I've been thinking about for a long time and haven't addressed here yet. Namely, what is going to happen when some patriot, or group of patriots, are guarding a business or something, and actually have to fire their weapons in their own self defense? As the CJ stated, "There are two states in America where one can legitimately defend property with deadly force...", those being Missouri and Texas. There are some states which have laws that "allow" one to do so, but the legal system is full of traps and pitfalls, and let me tell you about these district attorneys. Even in Texas and Missouri, if they want you, they will get you. And the DA always has a ton of incentive to get you, and zero incentive to let you go.

My biggest concern right now for our side, whatever it is we are calling ourselves this week, is that we have groups of men who march out there to do what needs to be done, and the law enforcement apparatus that we all support so much ends up being turned on us. The people from the top to the bottom will likely follow their orders, even if those orders are to bypass the AntiFa rioters and come after you. It's been done already.

It is simply not easy to defend yourself in America today. They can not get our guns. By my own best estimate, based on the NICS numbers over the past years, there are likely at least 600 million guns in the US. So instead of taking them, they will simply criminalize their use in self defense.

CJ also mentions that we could end up changing our TTPs, and operate from distances rather than up close. This will become necessary.

Some parting advice when you're in a hot zone (either by choice or not):

-Don't ever talk to the media or anyone with a camera. They are out to get you killed. Get away from them or get them away from you. Don't let them ID you. AntiFa is looking at media photos and videos, trying to ID our people so they can locate, ambush and kill them. Yes, this is happening. The media is aware and they are good with that.

-Don't advertise your location or intentions to anyone. Only your hard-hearted friends need to know that you're defending businesses and homes. The media and Fakebook do not. Why do you even have a Fakebook?

-Please kit yourself as you need, but be able to blend in too. It's not Kandahar or Baghdad. Don't stick out in a crowd. They key on that.

-Have three escape routes for each mode of transport (primary, secondary, emergency). Have a motor vehicle? Three routes. Have a bike stashed away? Three more routes. Have two working legs? Three more routes AND two hide spots in the nearby area if you can't egress far enough. It would suck to sit inside a hollowed out tree behind the corner store a block away, or on top of the fire escape down the road for six hours while the fighting dies down but it sucks less than being killed by a mob in the street.

-NEVER go anywhere alone. Kyle Rittenhouse defended himself masterfully for his situation, but to my knowledge, he started out with a group of people. He found himself alone at some point. Do not find yourself alone. Don't leave your group. AntiFa isn't going to, so you don't either.

A random thought.

We have people who think if we find an amoeba on Mars, we have found “extraterrestrial life”.

Most of those same people think an unborn human baby with a heartbeat is not life.

And our tax dollars are used by a government that agrees.

I want my money back.

Kim Jong Un in a coma.

Media all over the world is starting to report that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is in a coma, probably on his deathbed now, and that his sister, Kim Yo Jong, is in position to take over the failed socialist state.

Sorry, guys... The name of the next North Korean dictator is not going to be heavily distinguishable from the last three.

Some months back it was being reported that Kim Jong Un was in bad health and rumors were flying that he was on his deathbed at that time too. In my opinion, and based on my previous intelligence experience working in Area 1 in South Korea during the time of Kim Jong Il's death, his health probably was very bad and he was possibly close to death at that point too. Prolonged, unexplained absences of major party leaders in the DPRK are usually meaningful from an intelligence analysis standpoint, even if they're not particularly interesting to casual readers. His absence earlier this year was probably meaningful and health related based on what I was reading at that time, and the recent reports of another coma and another forthcoming dirt nap sound like they have more evidence to them this time than last time. He's also known for having bad health habits anyway, and having the best medical care the DPRK has to offer probably isn't going to help his chances much.

In other words, I think this is the real deal, or a prelude to it. One thing to note is that we knew Kim Jong Il was dead at least several days before the media was able to confirm it. The DPRK Politburo has met with nearly unprecedented frequency this year and shuffled around some of the top officials into a more economic focused front. It would appear that there is some anticipation of a leadership change. To my knowledge there is no succession plan set in stone, and Kim Yo Jong may be a stop-gap plan as much as a long term leadership. We've all seen though how temporary leaders can tend to consolidate power and entrench themselves. The pattern of nepotism in the DPRK government is likely to continue.

As far as Kim Yo Jong, she grew up in North Korea in privilege and was schooled in Switzerland. Of course. She's had increasing public appearances over the past 18 months as well. Honestly, none of the personal information about her is significant or meaningful to you or me. Kim Jong Un's brother was possibly the next man up before he was assassinated with a nerve agent in Kuala Lumpur. Un's wife, Ri Sol Ju is the "first lady, but isn't likely to take the leadership herself.

The official number two man is named Choe Ryong Hae, and he is quite influential in the DPRK. However, the number two official does not often take over. Ri Yong Ho was high ranking general in the Politburo during my time in Korea and some thought he may try seize some large amount of power after Kim Jong Un took over. That was not the case. He was removed from his post and executed. I personally do not expect Choe Ryong Hae to take over unless he already has the support of the Politburo.

It remains to be seen what kind of approach our government will have towards the North Koreans if the change happens. I know the US forces in Korea are on high alert now, as they typically are, and my old friends in the G2 at CRC and 210 Fires up at Camp Casey are probably running through some exercises as we speak.

How I went from 235 pounds to 185 pounds with no added exercise

When I was in high school I was always very thin. I was 5'11" and I weighed around 130 pounds when I graduated. I was lean, able to do almost 90 push-ups without stopping and could hit 102 in two minutes. Likewise, I could do sit-ups without stopping up into the 200's and could get almost 130 in two minutes. I was running a 13:30 two-mile. Fast forward to joining the Army several years after graduating and I had put on weight. I was almost 200 when I started basic training and dropped to 165 by the time I graduated that.

Fast forward again to deployment in Afghanistan, and I weighed in at a healthy 185. I wasn't overly bulky with muscle but we had been training for deployment for well over a year and a lot of it focused on heavy weight bearing ruck marches in anticipation of getting attached to our long range surveillance unit, 2-38 Cav. During that time I was carrying the M249 SAW at least as often as I was carrying the M4. I also had the M240B assigned to me in addition to some extra intelligence gear that was heavier than it should have been.

Another fast forward. I leave the Army and over the next couple of years, I found myself at a whopping 230 pounds. I would touch 235 on a bad week. I was working night shift on a trauma-surgical floor and eating whatever we could get delivered at 2100 hours. That meant pizza, Chinese food or buffalo wings or burgers and fries. And that was at least three days a week. I was drinking mostly sweet tea or soda, ate fast food at least a couple of times a week, and I was past the age of 30. Not the age where you want to be playing catch-up on your health. I could still move and I didn't look as heavy as I was, which is probably why I let it get that way. I simply was not paying attention.

One last fast forward about 18-20 months, and here I am sitting at 185 again, with a goal of 180, or maybe somewhere in the 170's. Admittedly, I am exercising a lot more often right now than I used to, but exercise has almost nothing at all to do with how I got back down in weight.

It was 99.9% dietary changes.

First, I cut out all soda and all fast food, and started eating ONLY what my wife cooked. We cut our restaurant trips from twice a week, to about twice a month when other people invited us out. When we got restaurants, we decline appetizers and drink water, and I usually look for seafood first (I love seafood anyway). I started drinking a ton of water, at least 1.5-2 liters per day. We got rid of our pantry full of snacks and only keep fruit instead (which my kids prefer anyway). Aside from seeing our bank account get bigger, I saw my weight drop from 230+ down to 212.

After that, we stopped frying foods at home. Nothing at home is fried anymore, which is also nice for cleaning up. We use the grill at least three times per week. We replaced all ground beef with low fat ground turkey (93% lean/7% fat), which tastes exactly the same to us, and has a lot less grease to it. I started eating fish for lunch. We started taking a standard multivitamin everyday.

Next step was to train ourselves in portion control. Fill your plate with 1-1.5 normal sized portions of every item, and then when you're finished with it, wait 15-20 minutes before you get seconds. Often we find that we end up not wanting any more. We also have started eating bananas, apples or strawberries for snacks between meals. I find that the bananas do the best job of satisfying hunger at that time.

We switched white bread to wheat instead. Low fat mayo. Fat free cheddar cheese. Low fat mozzarella. Wheat pasta. Fat free refried beans on Mexican night with wheat tortillas.

The diet plan we are on is non-intrusive, easy, quick, doesn't leave you hungry, doesn't eliminate any particular foods (even though we have personally chosen to eliminate some), which means you don't have to give up your favorite stuff, and it has worked really well with me and my wife (who has also lost 30+ pounds) over the last five months. It has allowed me to start moving better and breathing better and feeling better and looking better. My blood pressure is back to normal and my heart rate is down from being irregular in the 90's to very steady in the 70's.

My email address is TheGrayMan314@protonmail.com and if you're wondering what the plan is that we are using, please email me. I assure you that I am not selling anything and I am not going to direct you to anything you'll have to pay for. I am willing to just tell you what we are doing and give advice and answer questions. I am not a trainer or a dietitian, but I am an ER RN and I have gone from 235 pounds at my worst down to 185 pounds today, and I only added more new exercise about one month ago by going to a Jiu Jitsu gym. That's it. I plan to continue adding more exercise in the form of the Wednesday WODs you see here on AP, but our weight loss up until now was entirely diet based.

Product Review: Great Footwear

Originally posted by the Gray Man at American Partisan.

I wanted to break for just minute and let you all know about the shoes I've found to be excellent for all kinds of applications. I've been wearing Merrell Moab hiking shoes for over five years now. I've found them to be excellent outdoors for hiking in rugged terrain, with the most recent test being in the Appalachians in Eastern Tennessee, and before that climbing the mountain at Cheaha in Northern Alabama. I've also taken Army PT tests using these when I didn't have running shoes, and they still performed well and weren't overly heavy compared to some alternatives. The Vibram soles are going to be familiar to a lot of you from previous military and police service, and these hold up extremely well, as expected.

The quality of the other parts of the shoes is great as well. I've found that by making sure I untie them before taking them off and not forcing my foot into the shoes while they're tied, I can make a single pair last 18 months or more with no problem. I'm currently on my fourth pair and I always keep my older pair for backup in case I need them, because they're still in adequate shape.

I wore a pair of these about two years ago when I was on a two-week FTX with my Army Reserve unit on the ranges and on a hideously swampy land nav course at Fort Stewart, and prior to that at Fort Rucker. Now and then the benefit of being in Army intelligence is that we can occasionally convince someone that we really need to be allowed to train in "civvies", which often means getting to wear tacticool 5.11 stuff on the range and feel like badasses for the day. Joking aside, my year old Moab hiking shoes performed very well. The material is breathable and even in hot weather, they never became uncomfortably hot.

The Moab line has several different types of shoes, from lower top shoes, to mid-height, up to higher topped boots for more support. I personally love the earth tones they use.

If you're in the market for new rugged footwear that is great for everyday use too, I highly recommend the Moab line from Merrell.

China is actively waging a 4th generational, guerrilla proxy war against the U.S.

Originally posted by the Gray Man at American Partisan.

It's said that the 20th century was the American century, or the century when America became the only superpower in the world, and defeated several other countries who were on their way, those being Germany and Japan in WWII, the Chinese in the Korean War and the Soviets in the Cold War. This century has turned the tide in the direction of China, and recently China has been conducting activities that appear to have the hallmarks of "winning a battle before fighting it", as Sun Tzu would have likely put it.

It's no surprise that China owns a huge share of the media and entertainment in the US. Chinese companies now control over 8,000 theaters in the US and have large parts of most of the major studios in Hollywood, allowing them to project propaganda in the form of entertainment. This is now evident on almost every major television show and movie. If it's not pro-China propagana, it's blatantly anti-American, anti-western and also anti-white and anti-Christian.

China has been working for decades to buy as much of the American supply chain and manufacturing capability as they can. Currently, Chinese companies produce over 95% of the antibiotics we use and at least 75% of the ingredients used in other medications. The supply chain for these items is always fragile (by design?) and it doesn't take much for Chinese exporters to stop shipments of drugs and other medical supplies bound for the US. Chinese megacompanies have also acquired some large US based food producers, such as Smithfield, which is the leading producer of pork in the world. Smithfield has been owned by a company based out of Hong Kong since 2013.

I've said many times that China's innovation abilities are based almost entirely on their ability to cheat and steal from western countries. They've gotten better at it over the decades, and it's well known that China widely funds American university research. The researchers are always careful on the disclosure of their ties to Chinese funding. Obviously, we are all aware of how China dominates the market of production of telecommunications technology due to their immense mining of rare earth minerals. This is why China buys infrastructure in places no one wants to be. Afghanistan is one example, where China has built hundreds of cell phone towers (Roshan). Why would anyone want to spend money on cell phone towers in Afghanistan? Using those towers, China is able to collect data and lay the groundwork for future ventures there. China is also involved in the proliferation of 5G towers in the US.

According to the Paulson Institute, which states it is geared toward creating a productive US-China relationship (productive for whom?) China currently owns controlling shares of over 2,400 US companies, including AMC, General Electric Appliances, IBM, Motorola, Riot Games (they've got your kids), Teledyne, Triple H (coal mining), etc.

As previously posted on American Partisan, it's been discovered that automatic rifle parts have been shipped across the US destined for Melbourne, Florida. The parts seem to have originated in Shenzen, China and passed through Detroit and were intercepted by CBP Louisville. What the purpose is is anyone's guess, but the nature of it wreaks of proxy/guerrilla warfare. So if CBP was able to intercept one container of over 10,000 parts, how many other containers made it to their destination and were distributed? It's also been found that seeds from China have been shipped to people in the US.

It is my belief that China's plan to become a global superpower starts with establishing regional hegemony, which I think has already happened. There is no military power in the region that has the ability or the willingness to counter anything China has done in the South China sea. Their is no economic power in the region that has the ability or willingness to counter anything China has done on the economic stage. The US Navy is losing the ability to project power abroad in the region due to the capability of Chinese anti-ship missiles, and due to the insane focus of the US military on ensuring above all else that women and gays are promoted to leadership and embedded into our warfighting units in order to combat global climate change.

American leadership of the international community has been eroded by Chinese influence via their ability to leverage economic power into political power. They've also used their theft of intellectual property to mimic an innovation advantage. Third, I believe the Chinese government advancing their position by attacking who is at the top. China is waging active fourth generational warfare against the US by supporting the BLM movement, AntiFa and BAMN. They're funding and probably equipping (remember those weapons parts) insurgent groups inside America as part of an obvious proxy war. If the US does not take decisive action to fight back, then the battle is already over.

If Trump doesn’t win in November...

Everyone is going to turn on the right wing, including the right wing itself. If Trump loses, older right wingers will turn on the younger ones and blame them from not voting hard enough. The younger right wingers will blame the older ones for not giving them a choice worth voting for. In many ways, both of them will be correct. The younger ones will absolutely be correct. The older ones will be mathematically correct in saying that not enough younger ones voted, if nothing else.

And the left will get away with their plans, like they always do.

Guest Post from American Partisan on how to Purify Water.

Behind shelter, the ability to obtain water and make it potable is the greatest immediate survival need*. In this guest article from American Partisan, you can learn ways to do just this.

*To me, the hierarchy of survival needs is dictated by my own version of the "rule of threes". I like to say that one can survive only three hours exposed to harsh elements without shelter. Obviously this doesn't apply to most areas of the US, or even the world, but in the worst locations, or in most locations at their worst seasons, it can easily happen. You can survive only about three days or so without water. You see where this is going. You'll get by for about three weeks without a food source, or so the conventional wisdom says. This is quite variable depending on your condition and activity, and access to shelter and water. My own theory to keep this going is that you can maybe get by for about three months without any kind of security considerations. Of course this is dependent on you location and about a hundred other factors, but keeping with my modified rule of threes, it's easy to remember these four survival needs as the "primary needs".

"Secondary survival needs" in my book need to be built up after the primaries are addressed. The secondary needs allow you to go on the offensive and take action in your AO, rather than the primaries which allow you to survive and defend.

These secondary needs are medical (skills and supplies), information (intelligence gathering, SIGINT, HUMINT), communications (two-way radio between people in your group, ham and CB for longer ranges or comms between other groups, phones, etc.) and transportation (anything from automobiles to horses and bikes).

Is a mask (or lack thereof) the uniform of your enemy?

Originally posted by The Gray Man at American Partisan.

The new phenomenon in American and Western society now is that everyone is wearing masks to prevent catching the COVID-19 virus. It's the latest and greatest way to identify who your enemies are, who you should hate and revile. Get caught in public without one and, God forbid, have your picture posted on Facebook or Twitter and you're in for an onslaught of hate and insults. For those unlucky enough to live in a really progressive location, your badged friends may even be called to write you a fine for it.

But what effect does wearing a cloth mask or a basic medical-type mask actually have? Let's ask one of the few medical publications that are still at least moderately non-politicized (for now), the New England Journal of Medicine in this article:

"We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic."

Oh, I see.

Now it's worth mentioning that the masks they're talking about are not the N95 type. Those can keep you safe from infection, under the assumption that the mask is the right size for you and has been fitted properly and that you're trained or knowledgeable in putting them on and taking them off properly. And no, it's not as simple as it sounds.

Regardless, the vast majority of people are not wearing properly fitted and donned N95 masks. Most are wearing non-sealing cloth masks or basic paper medical masks which offer no protection for the wearer at all, and like the NEJM states, is really only effective in making the wearer feel better about themselves and, here's the real keyworse about those who aren't following suit.

IF you have symptoms, the theory is that wearing a mask like this can keep you from spreading it to others, but even that is not totally effective. If you have symptoms, stay at home until you heal up. If you think you've been exposed to the virus, quarantine from people for ten days (notice I didn't say you have to lock yourself inside your room and avoid the outdoors). Masks are not having nearly the effect the powers in charge say they are. It's in my own professional opinion as an emergency room RN (who is now seeing a massive increase of COVID in my area) that masks are primarily pushed by those in charge because of their use as a dividing tool. Everything in the media today is designed to divide people against each other. A mask (or lack thereof) is a visual indicator of who your enemies are.

Is it any surprise that the media is saying that evil right wingers are less likely to wear a mask?

RIP Remus

We lost a giant.

Remus lost his wife to cancer in March, and apparently he was diagnosed himself less than a month ago. His words will surely be missed.

Facebook and google are full Orwellian as of now

Quick statement and update.
Google and Facebook have covered up all BLM and antifa violence.
It is nearly impossible to search for videos and media on antifa and BLM violence.
Google white racists attack black people or anything akin to that and you will see endless media.
Look up blm and antifa attack motorists or white people or innocent people and you will see nothing except articles like white people attack peaceful blm supporters or "Are far right wing elements responsible for the violence at blm rallies?"
There will be no media to turn to in the near future
Time is running out and the publics perception of reality will be skewed beyond reason as it already is for numerous people.
Time is not on our side.

Happy Independence Day.

Have a good day thinking of what America once was, and hoping for what it could be if we decide to get out from behind our keyboards and take action.

It’s an uphill battle, and no one is on our side. Get ready.

September and November.

September is when weather starts to cool down in most of the country, but I expect things in other aspects to heat up significantly.

Then in November things are going to get real, real interesting.

Think about what’s gone on so far in the first half of 2020, and then remember that we still have what is likely to be the most contentious election in history. Think last one was bad? That was when the left was happily moving along with all the confidence in the world they’d win. This time it’s life and death to them. Their life and your death.

Don’t let it shock you if Trump doesn’t appear on your ballot at all in November. Just saying.

New England Journal of Medicine on wearing masks in public.

If you’re not medically trained and/or not working in a healthcare setting, just read the second paragraph. That’s the money quote. For medical personnel, the rest is mostly common sense and basic knowledge, and will be pretty boring to laymen.

Bonus points if that second paragraph confirmed your previous suspicions.

If it’s a new revelation to you... Welcome to the party, pal.

The US government and the economy are a Ponzi scheme.

The US government and the US economy are funded by what is basically a kind of Ponzi scheme, if you think about it. At least 70% of the federal debt is actually owed directly to the US citizens themselves. Most Americans have been falsely convince that we owe China this money. The majority of the debt is owed to us, the people.

Much of the spending, actually most, is on military and defense. The reason that we can not reduce military spending at all, and in turn always increase it, is because having an immensely powerful military is our best insurance against going totally bankrupt.

As long as the US military is as powerful and well funded as it is, the US government can continue borrowing vast amounts of money from the people without ever intending to pay it back. The federal deficit is over $25T last I saw, but that number is irrelevant at this point. No one is ever going to demand that the money is paid back.

Obviously, as a private citizen, large debt is a major problem because the government and private companies will always come after you for whatever you owe. They will kill you if necessary. Think about this. If you don't pay your taxes (perhaps you believe that you, as a private citizen, are being grossly overtaxed and that your taxes are being wasted), eventually the IRS will attempt to get their money. If you continue to hold out, at some point it is guaranteed that armed agents will come to your home and attempt to arrest you. If you resist this arrest, you will be forcibly beaten down or shot. For whatever you believe about this, you can not deny that at some point in time, holding out on your debts, even if those debts are being immorally and unethically levied against you, can get you killed and your killers will be rewarded.

For now, because the world operates on the USD and still has what is probably the strongest military in the world, no one can currently come after the US government to collect the debt they owe them.

New COVID spikes.

All over the country we are hearing reports from the “authorities” that COVID cases are now spiking again and we all need to wear masks 24/7, stay home 24/7, and that somehow right wingers are to blame for it all, despite the communists out rioting and demonstrating and tearing down monuments every weekend.

More monuments are being torn down every day, images of Christ are likely the next target, and then the images of founding fathers on money will come after that. Mark it down.

In the meantime, our side, whatever we are calling ourselves this week, are still stuck on the issue of police not getting enough respect.

I’ve already said this once, and I’ll keep saying it: If white people cared half as much about our own racial survival and respect as we do about making sure that cops (government agents) get their proper amount of respect, then we wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place.

Images of Christ will be next.

If you deeply examine the current Marxist movement in the US, to include AntiFa (lead by BAMN) and BLM, you’ll notice that a lot of the leadership and/or more notable participants and supporters are Jewish. You might not be happy to hear it but that’s just reality, and reality doesn’t change to soothe your hard feelings.

No doubt you all have noticed the destruction of hundreds, possibly thousands of statues and monuments that were standing in honor of those who built this nation. The vast majority of them are white people of European descent.

Images of Christ are next, I guarantee it.

Two political parties... For 330 million people?!

That's what we've got. A country of around 330 million people, of which you could take any 30% and ask what think of any other 30%, and they'll say that they hate them, and we have a system for those 330 million people that gives us only two viable political parties to choose from.

That is pure insanity. Or it's done by design for control. Politics today has become nothing more than a spectator sport, where the voting public has no more effect on what happens than the fans have on a football game.

And what's worse is that the government itself isn't fully responsible for that situation. It's the voters themselves. Try this exercise: Approach you family and tell them that you're going to vote for a party that isn't Democrat/Republican (whichever your family is inclined to lean toward).

See that reaction? That's why we have only two viable parties for 330 million people.

No, this is society WITH police.

I was sent a video today of a tanker truck driving through a protest in Minneapolis. The mob descended onto the truck, pulled the driver out and beat him. The person who sent it said "this is what society will look like without police".

My thoughts? No, there are still police in Minneapolis. They still are there, they still have their funding, as of today. That happened when the full police force is funded and on the job. Now, if that driver had plowed through the crowd to save himself, or started shooting to save himself, the police would possibly have arrested him.

People, that video is your society with police who are willing to follow whatever immoral, unethical or illegal orders they're given. They've been told to stand down, so they are. Now if that driver defend himself, they probably wouldn't be standing down. He might very well have gone to jail for it.

You all need to realize that police do not "protect" you from bad people. Bad people still do bad things, and the police come later to clean up the mess. Police in society more often protect the bad guys from the good people who would be inclined to take the bad people out.

Thorfire C8S Flashlight Review

I was sent this Thorfire C8S flashlight from the administrator of SurvivalistBoards forum a couple of years ago. After some brief use, I started using it in my EDC (well, maybe not every single day, but a lot). I've brought it along on survival "outings" along the rivers in my area. I've dropped it plenty of times, had it submerged in river water when my gear flipped off the kayak, had it covered in sand and river silt, jostled around in backpacks, etc. Just a brief review on a simple and light with a lot of power options.

First, I enjoy having the four power modes. The lowest light is "moonlight", and from there the beam increases in intensity all the way up to 1,600 lumens with a very wide beam. At night I am able to light up an entire tall oak tree. The casing is waterproof and has some high quality rubber gaskets that do a good job of preventing anything from getting inside. The light housing also seems to be quite shockproof. As I mentioned, I have dropped it on concrete and there was minimal blemishes and no reduction in reliability. I am also happy with the location of the button for turning it on and adjusting the power. It's located on the tail end of the flashlight and covered with a rubber cap. Pushing it all the way turns the light on and off, pushing it lightly switches the power modes. Very simple. There is a lanyard hole on the tail end as well.

One downside is that the light takes a pair of CR123 batteries, which are not cheap. I do not recommend using the light on the highest power setting for long, as it can get warm and use your batteries up pretty quickly. Another drawback for some might be the large head and lens. This can make it a bit uncomfortable in a pocket for EDC.

Overall for a price of under $20, I do recommend trying this one out if you get the chance. Let me know about your flashlight EDC.

Added notes: 1. Often I have found packs of CR123 batteries in the PX (usually in clothing and sales) on large US Army bases (Namely, Fort Hood and Fort Stewart) for CHEAP. If you have access or know someone who does, you might be able to stock up. A lot of weapon optics and lights seem to require these weirdly expensive batteries.

2. It does appear that Thorfire has branched the C8S off to "Windfire" as the C8. Same light, different name.

WRSA is back.

Concerned American has gotten WRSA #3 up and running at this new address.

Keep expectations low for a bit. He’s working on restoring function to the little bits and pieces in the background.

This is excellent though.

You can’t stop the signal.

Don’t worry about the police. They will be just fine.

This is a Marxist revolution. All revolutions are marked by iconoclasm, targeting of undesirable people, and system transformation to fit the needs of the new, incoming ruling class. Marxist societies always require large, powerful police forces to keep the ruling class in control. This current defunding and reforming of the police is just temporary. Once the Marxists have control, they have historically placed the police forces in a position of extreme power and stature.

Think about the communist takeovers in the past, some of the most quintessentially communist countries. East Germany, the Soviet Union, contemporary China... What is one thing they all have? Deeply funded, immensely powerful, totally immune state police forces. Without them, the system of Marxist Communism won’t stand.

Wait it out. The police will eventually be the heroes of the state, will exist totally above the law, with all of the power, funding and legal immunity they could ever hope for.

Imagine if conservative white people in America cared half as much about their own racial heritage and survival as they do about making sure the police get everyone’s respect, tax dollars and legal immunity to do things that they themselves would never be allowed to do. Like drive around in MRAPs and carry rifles in town.

Here’s a hint: If you need MRAPs and a squad of trigger pullers to work in society, then it’s a war zone. If it’s a war zone, you have to do away with gun laws and let the people defend themselves as if it’s a war zone.

Safariland ALS 7377 Review

Recently I purchased a Safariland ALS 7377 right hand draw holster for my Glock 19. This particular outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster had been recommended to me by a former special forces soldier, and I'm glad to say the recommendation was spot on. I advise using the link here to purchase because it's much cheaper than other places, and it took about 24 hours to arrive.

The first thing I noticed out of the box was that when I placed the G19 into the holster, there was no movement whatsoever. The weapon is firmly locked in place and when I shook it to check the retention, there was not a millimeter of shifting.

Mine being the 7377, it does not come with a paddle, which I personally am okay with. I'm partial now to using simple belt loops because I've had paddles pinch before, and paddles seem to give a lot of movement of the entire apparatus when drawing the weapon. If paddles work better for you and you want this holster with one, I believe you can find it here. The belt loops on the 7377 are close enough together that it won't slide around if you're using a web belt, or rigger's belt, or some other tactical style belt. As of right now I am using a 5.11 work belt and I'm getting no extra movement from the holster.

As far as the draw stroke, I love it. I am able to get a firm, high grip on the weapon and once I clear the holster, there is no need to adjust to get a good firing grip. It's already there. This holster doesn't require an odd grip on the draw, only to be changed prior to firing. The thumb release, once cleared, places your thumb in the correct location for a good firing grip. I am happy that the retention release is located closer to the body, rather than on the outside of the holster where the release itself is in view of others. Also, the downward force you apply to the thumb release again prevents the holster from traveling upward at all with the pistol during the drawstroke.

The profile of the holster is generally slimmer than most other OWB pieces, which is nice for me. I prefer to carry OWB and covered, assuming I am walking around in a state that unconstitutionally bans open carry. I would prefer to carry openly, but that's a debate for another time. The 7377 has just enough space inside to allow debris to fall through clear of the pistol, but still maintains a narrow profile so you're not printing through clothing unless it's a shirt that fits a little tighter.

Overall, this is a really great one if you need a new OWB holster.

This is what losing looks like.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/06/antifa-domestic-terrorists-take-police-precinct-6-square-blocks-seattle-set-armed-guard-watch/

Remember when our side was making memes poking fun at the AntiFa furries and laughing at how weak and girly they all were? Just a bunch of gender studies degree having pansies, am I right?

So it turns out they’re actually a highly organized, well funded, violent extremist group intent on transforming the US government into a Marxist system, and they’re capable of chasing cops out of their precincts and setting up “autonomous zones” in a major city, guarded by armed volunteers.

If you think we haven’t lost the initiative and are behind the ball now, you’re not paying attention. If you think that what’s happening in the big cities isn’t going to come to you, you’re not paying attention. If you think our side is just biding our time and waiting for the right moment, you’re not paying attention. If you think this is about black rioters getting to steal TVs and Nike gear, you’re not paying attention.

We are losing, badly. And we are still just primarily concerned with making sure cops get respect.

Are you paying attention?

This is not about stealing TVs, and it's not about George Floyd

I've been involved in a lot discussions about the current events lately, as I am sure you all have as well. Most of the people I talk with are of the conservative persuasion, whatever that means these days. Much of what I hear is people asking rhetorically "How does rioting get your point across?", or "How does looting a department store make a political point?" Or they say things like "Burning a cop car doesn't get you what you want." My response to these questions and statements isn't usually popular among the "normie" suburban right wing.

My reply is this: This is about destroying a society that was built by people they hate.

And that's what is happening. Anyone here who believes that rioting is not going to get the rioters what they are asking for is fooling themselves. Anyone who believes that the status quo is not going to change is not paying attention. It's already changed. All over the US there are white people literally kneeling at the feet of black demonstrators who hate them. All over the US monuments to the people who forged this nation are being torn down at breakneck speed compared to years before. If the cities themselves aren't doing it, demonstrators are doing it. The Lincoln Memorial was damaged and defaced. Police precincts have been burnt. Vehicles destroyed, regardless of owner. White pet protesters have even been attacked once they've worn out their welcome. I watched one on a live-stream get hit over the head with a metal pipe. Members of Congress are literally kneeling to a violent minority, and rest assured that they intend to make you kneel as well. Monetary reparations to people who want to see you dead are going to be seriously considered, I promise you. One of the few sports figures who has always professed a fairly conservative, Christian, pro-America mindset, Drew Brees, was bullied into capitulating and apologizing for making an "insensitive" comment. His comment was that he does not support disrespecting the American flag because he has had grandfathers who fought in multiple American wars. This is how they censor and cancel anyone who speaks out against the new movement.

We have no one on our side.

The biggest security problem in all of this right now is that our side, whatever we call ourselves this week, are generally legally barred from defending ourselves. I've seen some small groups banding together to defend businesses of their friends and family, and they should do that. However, I fear what would happen to them at the hands of the system that created this mess in the first place if they were actually forced to use firearms to defend themselves and their property.

Our side has yet to make our move in all of this, aside from wondering aloud to ourselves why police don't get any respect. Or why someone would think looting a store is a way to achieve a political goal.

Is that as far as our side is thinking about what is going on? Asking if cops are being respected enough? This isn't about cops, or about George Floyd the felon, or about stealing Nike gear. This is about a segment of America seeking to destroy the great society that was built by those they despise. It's been boiling for decades. If white America cared about their own racial respect and heritage as much as they cared about making sure the police get respect, we might not be watching our country get torn apart.

If I went back to say, the year 2002, when the US was almost totally united for probably the very last time, and told you that by 2020 Americans would have church doors shut by state decree, that healthy people would be required to quarantine, that police in some cities would be trying to intimidate people into avoiding going to church (Chicago), that millions would lose their jobs simply by order of the state, that people would be ordered not to gather in groups larger than eight (or whatever your state put the number at), that most major cities and some mid-sized cities would be on fire, that half of Congress would be wearing African garb and kneeling at the feet of anti-white sentiment a few days after the Lincoln memorial was defaced, that our televisions would be running non-stop messages on kids' networks telling us not to leave our homes and that white people are to blame for the ills of the world, that rioters would be allowed to attack and destroy but those of us defending life and property would be under threat of arrest, that presidential candidates would be saying that it's a good thing that whites become a minority in America, that reparations would be given serious consideration, our national borders would be non-existent, and that after all that and more, that some conservatives out there are mostly worried about whether police are receiving their due respect and waiting for their next chance to vote at the problem... What would you think?

As of right now, that's what much of our side is doing. Watching from the sidelines, kvetching about police not getting respect and waiting for our next chance to vote.

I have long wondered what kind of difference it would make if 10,000 rifle-armed men marched, quietly, locked and loaded, up to the steps and into the main hall of each capitol building in the US, and 50,000 of them into the rotunda of the DC capitol building, and laid out a basic list of things we will not tolerate, and then promised to return with a vengeance a year later if necessary.

What if?

Little Brayden is not going to work a trade.

I've heard a lot of people complaining that the younger generations are too lazy or too soft to work the trades. Apparently they're all going to college and getting degrees for office jobs and the trades are suffering for it.

Well, who is to blame for that? The elders blame us, but they're the ones to blame.

They went around naming their boys Kayden and Aiden and Bryson. They named their boys Tristan and Brayden and Brayson. What did you expect? You thought a boy with a name like Kasen was going to become a welder? Or an electrician?

My report on the riots in Minneapolis

Last night I watched hours of riot livestreams via Periscope and a leftist independent news source called "Unicorn Riot". These livestreams will usually involve some leftist commentary, or none at all, but they provide the absolute best views of what is happening at ground level. Lots of stuff seen clear as day that will not be reported by the likes of CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Daily Wire, or any of the other mainstream sources. Either they choose not to tell you, or they simply don't have the ability to really go inside. When I say "inside", I mean inside the burning 3rd Police Precinct in Minneapolis, or inside the mail truck being driven through the front doors of Target, or inside the secondary school where people are inside hammering holes in the walls. Here are some things I heard and saw during these streams:

-Lots of graffiti saying "beware the new world order" and "no church in the wild".

-Unicorn Riot had dozens of people coming up to speak to the camera. Most had messages of violently attacking white people and white owned businesses. Threatening to enter the suburbs and attack white homes. One guy saying they were going to "choke out" someone he mentioned by name, though I didn't catch the name he mentioned. Many mentioned this riot and the level of anger being "different".

-Graffiti was labeling many businesses as "minority owned". Those businesses were not on fire and I didn't see anyone entering them.

-Police Precinct 3 was totally wrecked. Lots of livestream time spent inside the building on different floors. People telling the camera that they had seen police load up in vehicles and left the location under assault by thrown objects. Inside I saw many people taking riot gear, breaking glass, doors and walls. Fires were set in many rooms and then went out under the fire extinguishing system, but then we restarted afterward. Inches of water on the floor. Semi-auto gunfire started up in the building and most people ran. After the camera left the building I could see thick black smoke pouring from the second floor. For the rest of most of the different streams I saw I could make out a large amount of semi-auto gunfire.

-Most rioters are black, but some are white. The whites who were interviewed positioned themselves as what I would describe pejoratively as "pets" of the black social justice warriors (SJW). Well, I saw one pet wear out his welcome among his black "friends", and he had a pipe taken to the side of his head. He hit the ground and I didn't see him moving again.

-Crowds were saying one man was shot and killed nearby. Another one was heard screaming inside a burning liquor store. Many people saying on camera someone had burned to death inside.

-I saw at least four mail trucks get flipped over and torched, and another was driven into Target and was trying to do donuts inside the store.

-Lots of molotovs being thrown around. Some are well made and some are not. I suspect they'll learn. I also wonder when they will figure out that a pile of tires will burn thick, black smoke and take forever to go out.

-Fair number of black females out there as well. Mostly running their mouths and recording on their phones more than anything.

-Some guys out there guarding businesses with rifles. Posing for pics as well, it seems. Long on courage and short on tactical planning. They should be on the roof spotting targets instead of standing in the wide open with rifles. We already know the rioters have semi-auto weapons and were shooting at people last night. If you're going to be serious about this, do it right.

I see people talking about whether they support the riots or not, political opinions all around. It doesn't matter what your opinion is. The right question is, what are you going to do about it when it comes to your town? Do you have better planning than the guys guarding those businesses? Do you have an escape and evasion plan for when you have to shoot someone? Or for when a flash-mob appears out of nowhere?

Why Covid 19 is great!

The vast majority of people who are at risk for covid 19 are the elderly and those were underlying serious health issues.
This accounts for 1-2 percent of the world population that will perish from this though stats are being inflated or underdone based on perspective and agenda.
First let me say that I do feel that we should care for the sick and the elderly and do all we can to bring them comfort, safety and do all we can to increase their health and lifespan......but!
Why are the healthy and the young required to destroy their businesses, file for unemployment, lock them selves in their homes and sacrifice all that is dear to them for an indefinite, undetermined amount of time?
There are ways we can all make efforts to protect these vulnerable people without being forced to shut down our economy and alter our lives to these unreasonable levels.
Why does the burden not fall on the sick and elderly and fall on all of society in this collectivist authoritarian manner?
If the elderly and sick wish to extended their life spans they should purchase medical grade papr's and respirators and wear them all the time.
With this level of shutdown and drastic measures I do not think it is unreasonable to request that the sick and elderly wear medical grade bio hazmat suits.
With all of the subsidies the government has doled out we could have afforded to distribute this kind of material to the at risk demographics of America.
They can self quarantine.
If an individual feels they are at risk and death terrifies them to this extreme level then why not move yourself into hermitage?
Move off into remote areas and lock your doors.
Wear masks and gloves if it makes you feel better and cut off connection with your friends, community and family.
If this is what you want then by all means do it.
This is America and you are welcome to freedom to live any way you want.
But why is your life so damn important?
If you have serious underlying health issues then lets address the majority of people suffering from those issues.
Most people who are at risk are overweight and many are morbidly obese.
Many are suffering from diabetic issues brought on from their own poor diets and habits.
many are habitual smokers who have continued to destroy their lungs throughout the years.
Others are drug addicts and people who have destroyed their health with alcoholism.
These are people who never exercise and eat foods they should not eat.
These are people who have diets composed primarily of junk food.
These are people who invest their money into vice rather than health and the future.
These are people who would most likely survive this virus without a hitch if they actually gave a damn about their lives but now why is it this travesty if they are to die from this virus?
These are people for whom the sands of time are running extremely low as it is and now I am expected to stop the world for people who are shortening their life span daily from all fault of their own?
Why is it so terrible that instead of meeting their end 1-10 years from now they bite the dust a few months from now?
This virus should motivate this demographic and all of us as a whole to take care of our health.
This should motivate us to live better lives and be strong and get stronger or else.
This virus should push us all to be the best we can be and take personal responsibility for our lives and build physical and mental strength.
In the case of the elderly of course they should be protected and cared for but nursing homes are nests of covid 19.
I understand that there are people who have no other option than a nursing home type facility when their minds and health fail but far too many people are leaving their families in these facilities when it is not necessary.
Find safe quarters for your elderly family members and if they are so frail that something like covid 19 can kill them then they should be living out their final days in quarantine as it is.
But can we ask ourselves why is it so important for the elderly and for those of us who are young why is it so important to live a lifespan that surpasses 75?
I know 70 something year olds and 80 something year olds who live very productive lives and I am sure there are people who are near centurion age that are productive and living great lives but they are not the norm.
A large number of people being sustained with modern technology and medicine are not living productive or healthy lives when they surpass 80 years old.
a great deal are lonely, suffering and in constant pain mentally and physically.
Why is it so imperative that they live another 1-10 years?
The reason as far as I can tell is constant fear of death.
I have faced down death more than once in my life.
I like most anyone have a fear of death and the will to survive but I accept that I will at some point die.
I have been living the most productive and full life I can live and have on various occasions volunteered to work in operate in extremely dangerous areas.
I worked in Northern Iraq in regions where ISIS was active only 9-10 kilometers in any given direction.
I worked with old and young men who were fighting to keep ISIS away from their communities and accepted that they very well could die at any moment.
Many I met had been shot and others were missing toes from frost bite from long patrols in the snowy mountains of Kurdistan.
They accepted that death could reach them at any time. Not to mention TB and various diseases abound in the region.
I accepted that I could lose my life but that there were things greater than just me.
I know soldiers from the USA and various regions of Africa who have faced death daily and few want to die but all accept it as a fate that we all must meet.
But in the USA it seems the average American is paralyzed by it.
I believe all life has worth and value but cowardice and living a life of terror is no existence that I want to take part in.
We should all take measures to protect ourselves and all other people.
If you have a cold wearing a mask is a great idea.
The Japanese have been practicing that for ages and it is a good custom but attacking people who are healthy for not wearing your costume of conformity and fear is not something I wish to be apart of.
Take your shoes off before you enter a home, wash your hands and use hand sanitizer if you want but for the love of god lets end the hysteria.
I lived in Haiti surrounded by malaria, dengue and I myself suffered a horrible bought of typhoid.
I did not lock myself away from the world while living in Haiti nor did the rest of the populace.
If our ancestors hid themselves away in fear then we would have never reached any accomplishment as a race, in fact we would have surely perished due to mass cowardice.
Enough is enough time to get back to living and if you don't want to then die.
Be strong, get stronger because the world is a tough place.
America and the west has been coddled too long.
Time to toughen up or else you wont make it.
We have now seen the true cowardice of the common man in the west and its time we see cowards build strength or perish.
We can and should continue to protect all people but we need to stop cultivating weakness and cowardice.
This is an opportunity to build strength and courage and if you refuse to then go hide and self quarantine from the world.
I however refuse to live in a state of hysteria.

My dystopian dream.

The reason that dystopian novels and movies appeal to the masses is because the contrast to our real life situation is so jarring and foreign, yet simultaneously feels familiar and close, so possible and just around the corner if we make some unknown future wrong turn. We can see tiny pieces of that fictional dystopian society around us, hence the familiarity, even if it's a safe and amusing familiarity we can deal with. We feel like those small annoyances, like the droning television screens imbedded in gas pumps around the county, are insignificant enough for now. We feel like we can still turn that situation around before it progresses too far past simple aesthetics.

The problem with this thinking is demonstrated by the oft-cited the adage about boiling a frog. A dystopian society is a slow burn, not a quick turn. We are always looking for that quick turn, and in the meantime we have completely missed the boil that seems to be rolling at this point.

I had a dream last night. I was standing at a gas pump hearing that damned Orwellian "telescreen". It's not looking back at us quite yet, but then again, all you have to do is look up, left and then right to see three cameras pointed right at you. So what is the difference? Back to my dream. Half listening to the news or some other blather, I look up and notice a big red-colored billboard. It has a close-up of a young tan woman wearing a mask over her nose and mouth. The message in plain black script says "Do the right thing, stay home!"

I woke up this morning and was thinking about that dream, and told my wife. She noted that the billboard is real. In town about thirty minutes south of us there is a BP gas station with a billboard across the street that is exactly like the one in my dream, except that the script says "Be a hero, stay home." They haven't put the exclamation point on the billboards, yet.

I went to Walmart the other day for the first time in a couple months. I had not seen the new process there. Now there is a path to walk through, a minder is standing there counting the people going in while someone else counts the people leaving. Again, look up, left and then right to see three sets of cameras staring at you. The floor inside has some suspiciously permanent-looking decals that tell you which direction to walk through the aisles. Walking opposite of them garners some glares that are amusing until the fourth or fifth time. Most people are wearing masks, of course. Maybe it's time for me to wear one just so the cameras above me and to my left and right can work for their money. The Walmart here has telescreens too, advertising the Chinese-made product that is directly next to them.

I spoke with an ER physician where I work the other day. As grounded and discerning as anyone I know, this physician suspects there is something going on behind the scenes, because our "leaders" in science and government are telling us all things that simply don't make any sense based on the teaching we all received in school, clinicals and experience we've all had in our fields over the years. I agree. The people giving us the senseless information have never had our best interests in mind anyway, and have been caught lying every time someone bothered to give their words even a cursory examination.

My ER doc had been watching a video by Dr. Dan Erickson and Dr. Artin Massihi. They had done some very thorough statistical research and posted an hour-long video detailing their findings. The video had about five million views on YouTube and our doc had just about finished watching the video when it was removed by YouTube. It seems that any statements or information that contradict what government-approved sources are saying are subject to being banned and removed. It doesn't matter if it's a personal post on Facebook from a layman or a well-researched statistical analysis posted to YouTube by experienced, front-line physicians like Dr. Erickson and Dr. Massihi. Only government-approved science is valid. I feel like I've seen this before in the climate debate. Do a search on Google and see the full pages of results "debunking" the video. Or just hit this link to see the full video at Bitchute.

The other day a man was arrested out at the beach. Apparently he was violating the social isolation edicts that society has put in place. He was paddle-boarding in the ocean, alone. Five deputies arrived and put him in handcuffs and took him away. This is what we asked for.

It's coming out now that the majority of people who carry the virus develop zero symptoms throughout the course of the illness. This would make the rational person think that means the virus is much less dangerous than we previously thought, and the mortality rate for the virus would end up being much lower than we thought. Maybe less than 2%, rather than the 4% from before. But the government-approved sources are not going in that direction. Now rather than relaxing a bit, we are being asked to further isolate, even from healthy people. "Be a hero, stay home." Be suspicious of everyone around you and avoid them. Call your local commissar is you suspect your neighbor is violating social distancing. Don't go to church (unless it's a mosque). Happily accept that $1,200 and shut up, don't worry about what it's doing to the economy. The federal debt is up by about a trillion dollars just in the last four weeks. Don't worry about that though.

What's clear is that the people in power have taken this opportunity to tighten their grip on their zones of control. The governor of New Mexico has sealed off the roads leading into a town of 70,000 people. The governor of Michigan doesn't want her citizens to grow gardens. The mayor of Jackson, Mississippi has declared open carry to be illegal. The Agricultural Commissioner in Florida has refused to accept concealed carry permit applications online and has slowed the process for mail-in applications.

It's easy too find violations of the first, second, fourth and tenth amendments happening all over the nation due to this outbreak of a virus that appears to possibly have less than a 2% mortality rate. Pair that with obviously bad information coming from the government-approved scientific sources, and my ER doc here said that there must be something going on behind the scenes we aren't being told about. Again, I agree.

We've been taking small steps toward it, but 2020 appears to have been one giant leap in the direction of a dystopian society. It's past time to be standing on your own. Collect your own water, grow your own food, own the roof over your head, arm yourself, get your communications gear up, homeschool your kids, get your medical training, make sure your transportation is in working order and have your intelligence collection element running.

What we've been preparing for is upon us now.

My thoughts on China, for the record.

I want to be on record here, so everyone knows. China is a communist, totalitarian police state with an abysmal record on human rights. The government there is nothing but a lying, thieving bunch of murderers running a country full of immoral people. Everything they ever created or invented was actually just stolen from someone else. Mainly from the US.

Consider me to be extremely “anti-China”. Yes, that includes the Chinese people themselves.

My current thoughts on COVID-19 and mass quarantines

I've been continuing to do a lot of research, talking with friends and coworkers in the medical field, discussing papers and articles with my ER physicians, and taking care of patients myself over the last few months of the big COVID pandemic. We've all learned and unlearned, and relearned, many different things about what's going on and how serious it is. Obviously we all (I mean you all too) have observed governments around the world doing what governments do best (actually, they're not that great at this either), and that is exerting their power to restrict freedom of movement of healthy, law abiding people.

I wanted to share some thoughts and ideas with you all in the midst of all of this.

Some studies have come about suggesting that only about 6% of the total number of COVID cases have been successfully detected worldwide. Some others have suggested that less than 2% of total cases in the US have been detected. At face value, this seems quite alarming, but discussing with some of the physicians here, we agree that this could possibly mean two things:
  1. COVID might be more contagious than we previously thought.
  2. COVID might be less dangerous than we previously thought.
If this is the case, then these heavy-handed house arrest orders might be doing more harm than good, because we would be delaying herd immunity. Obviously, the old and frail need to stay clear of getting the virus until we can figure out how to treat it (perhaps we have, with Chloroquine and Zithromax), but the rest of us may be hurting ourselves as a whole by isolating inside our houses.

Side note on that: I saw a true statement on Gab. Restricting the movement of sick people is called a quarantine, but restricting the movement of healthy people is called house arrest.

Not everyone is locked down right now. There are pockets of dissent and resistance, and many of us are not even living in a state where the orders are being enforced. In my area, most businesses are still open in some capacity and road traffic seems only minimally reduced. We haven't been hit hard with the virus but our ICU went from four cases last week to eleven cases as of this moment. Ten of them are on a ventilator.

I was at a meat market, a gun store (looking for some of these) and a hardware store yesterday and all of them seemed to have close to their average foot traffic. Life must go on. Based my most recent research and discussions with my docs here, I am starting to believe that these house arrest orders have little justification. When logic is applied to my own situation, the orders do not hold up.

I'll pose the question to you: The government has botched almost everything they've touched. This is not an indictment of Trump, it's an indictment of a bloated government machine. They've been caught lying to us at every turn, changing their orders and recommendations based on a litany of reasons, which include convenience and political expediency, rather than medical science. They've shown a propensity for using emergencies and disasters (as determined by their own "experts", naturally) to consolidate their powers and authority and choke off liberties. Officials at all levels demonstrate a gross disdain for my kind, that being traditional, white, Christians, and have attacked us in various ways. They have proven that they do not have our best interests in mind.

Specifically keeping that last paragraph in mind, using logic, can anyone tell me why I should ever trust these people and do as they tell me to do in any situation?

As far as my current situation, our pantry is well stocked for now and our rain barrels are holding. The garden is growing and the freezer is packed out. I have steady work in our ER so the bills will remain paid and the savings will keeping building slowly. We are blessed to be in this situation while only a couple states away, some other Americans are living in a totally different reality. It is amazing to know that my lifestyle has changed minimally, while in New York, mass graves are being dug. I thank God to be where we are and pray daily for others. We've been keeping track of our possible exposures and I've been extra careful with preventing myself from getting sick at work. I'm confident that my family would all test negative at this time.

With all of the above said, I'm not specifically advising you to break laws or go out and try to get yourself some COVID-19. I'm just trying to stir some thought, and give my ideas that these quarantines and house arrest orders (that is what they are) might not be advisable, might not be necessary, might not be moral, might not even be legal. Don't forget that crashing the economy can kill even more people than any virus if it goes on long enough. Think on that decide for yourself what to do about it. Just remember that their are some authorities and officials out there who will never let a good crisis go to waste...
