If you're not familiar with "Pizzagate", here's your primer.

This so called "Pizzagate" scandal, if true, is by far the most outrageous scandal to come out of DC since, well, maybe anything else that's ever come out of DC. It's probably on a level all it's own. I'll admit that I'm not totally convinced, but I've gone and found the best recap (so far, the whole thing is still be dug into) I could find. The MSM, in its normal habit, is totally ignoring this story. But that's alright. Thanks to the ability of regular people to use the Internet and "news gathering" equipment all on their own, the MSM is completely useless. It's best tossed into the "fake news" bin they've been trying to push everyone who was right in predicting Hillary's historic failure of a campaign into. We have no need for the MSM, since we have the "alternative media" (which has thoroughly demonstrated it's own legitimacy in news gathering and reporting), plus our own citizen journalists, like the ones on Reddit who have done heavy leg work digging up this possible "Pizzagate" scandal.

Herschel at The Captain's Journal has the best rundown I've seen, so I'll post it here. Read through, check his links, catch up, decide for yourself. Then please have a look around the rest of The Captain's Journal.

If this scandal turns out false, I'll be glad for it, since I would sad to hear of such widespread and heinous abuse of helpless children. If it turns out to be true, it'll be important for blog writers, Redditors, alternative news journalists and anyone else with a platform to be broadcasting it loud and long.

Again, read and decide for yourself.

From WeaponsMan, on zeroing.

Found this nice write up on zeroing carbines from WeaponsMan, via Matt Bracken at WRSA. A former US Army 18B (Special Forces) and a former Navy SEAL support this work. Good stuff.

From Rand.

"There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws."

Denninger on bringing down the costs of healthcare and saving the economy.

Karl Denninger paints a simple picture of what really needs to happen in healthcare and how Trump can make it happen on his own. The economy is in serious trouble and its biggest drain is the healthcare sector. Arguably, the healthcare sector is also rife with criminality. Who wouldn't agree that it's criminal for Americans to pay 10x the amount for a simple procedure as someone would pay overseas for the same procedure? Why can't women in America pay just a few dollars per month in cash for birth control over the counter, when women overseas can do just that? Why can't we even get a simple price quote ahead of time on health services like we do for any other service, so that we can shop for a better price or better product?

Good riddance to Portilla.

Florida state senator from Miami, Miguel Diaz de la Portilla (R) has lost his seat in the Florida State Legislature to a democrat in the recent round of elections. To that I say, "good riddance" and may he never hold another office ever again.

First, let me mention that in another state senate race, a democrat also lost his seat to a republican, so we see that the Republican Party in the legislature maintains its 25-10 majority.

Now, onto the good part. Portilla was a great example of how we can no longer afford to simply depend on one party over another to do what's in our best interests. Last year and in previous years, the Florida legislature was poised to pass several pro-gun pieces of legislation, including the "campus carry" bill, which would allow people with a Florida Concealed Weapon Permit to carry a concealed weapon on college and university campuses in Florida. Another bill that was on the move was one that would allow all Florida residents who are eligible to own a handgun to carry a concealed weapon during a mandatory evacuation. This bill was primarily designed to allow people to bring their personally owned firearms with them during an evacuation rather than leave them behind to be stolen. Portilla was instrumental in killing both of those bills, though the emergency evacuation bill was finally passed last year.

Portilla's worst action, however, was to completely deny a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee (of which he was the chairman) of a bill that would have allowed the open carrying of handguns by Florida residents possessing a permit. As chairman, he was able to deny committee members the opportunity to debate and vote on the movement of the bill to the Senate floor.

The removal of Portilla from the Senate  should clear the way for the open carry bills and the campus carry bill to be reintroduced. Without an obstructionist republican senator standing in the way of even a simple committee debate, the bills should have a much easier path to the senate floor.

It is worth noting that the Florida House of Representatives passed both of the House versions of these bills through all committees easily.

Some good info on caching.

Brushbeater blogged some good info on caching and the use of Russian "spam cans" for doing so. Basically, it looks to me like you might want to try something else if you were planning on straight up burying those cans. Pay extra attention to the link (in the Brushbeater article) for how US Army Special Forces says to do caches the right way.

Do you have a bug out location already? Or a bug IN location? Either way, hidden, off-site caches of food, water, ammo, weapons, tools, clothing, etc. might be a good plan.

The Z Blog on Nationalism.

The Z Blog gives a thought provoking take on the difference between the Nationalism of a century ago and the wave of Nationalism we see today.

Have the schools given us the wrong idea on what Nationalism is? The philosophy of Nationalism was to be shunned. Nationalism in various configurations is blamed for both World Wars. But the linked article gives some additional commentary.

Interesting. It wouldn't be the first time the educational indoctrination system has steered us wrong...

Dire warning from Denninger.

A heads up from Karl Denninger at The Market Ticker.

Read. Thank KD. Get back to work. Trump didn't save you just because he got the votes in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. The fight isn't over. It's probably just getting warmed up.

An easy false flag and a misinterpretation.

We see the anti-Trump riots taking place in some large cities across the country. Baltimore, Seattle, LA, NYC, etc. have had near continuous rioting since November 8th. The mainstream media is focusing heavily on vague and unfounded reports of "Trump supporters" harassing Muslims and Latinos, but have said little in the way of condemning the left wing protestors and rioters. White Trump supporters are being characterized as violent racists despite the fact that very few reports of violence have come from that side. Meanwhile, the left wing rioters have threatened violence AND made good on some of those threats.

What the media desperately wants is for some unhinged, white supremacist, Nazi sympathizing Trump voter to do something that can prove their narrative. So far, they haven't gotten that.

But how easy would it be to simply manufacture something like that? How simple would it be to open fire on one of these "peaceful protests" from a safe native point, drop the weapon, leave behind some pro-Trump artifacts and then simply disappear into the pandemonium? The mainstream media would run with that and use it to prove what they've been saying all along, which is that Trump's supporters are nothing but a bunch of uneducated, angry, racist, sexist, homophobic white men with guns. We've seen many, many examples of people committing crimes and attempting to get the blame shifted to their political enemies. It's a common tactic used by the left against the right.

Another point I've made is that Trump's election was a clear, strong message to the left, and it seems that so far, they have failed to understand it. The message was that we are tired of the agenda of the democrat party and that we are angry with the policies they've pushed. The interpretation that they have taken from our message, however, is that we are simply a bunch of stupid bigots.

They misinterpret our message at their own risk. They threaten violence and insult us. They plot to steal our legal election victory. We are prepared to defend ourselves.

Get maps of your area.

You need to be acquiring accurate topographical maps of your immediate and surrounding areas. A good place to start with that is at this link.

This is a good start to intelligence gathering.

Follow it up with what we in the intelligence community call "atmospherics". What's the attitude of the local population? What are they saying? What are they doing? What are they planning to do when the trouble starts?

Let's all settle down now and get back to work.

The Virginia Freeman's Society has some words to get us back into the right mindset.

They're exactly right. We elected one guy. He's not a savior or a king. The collectivists didn't disappear. They are stung but they are not gone.

What is the election of Donald Trump as President? A message.

On November 8, 2016 America elected Donald Trump to be President of the United States. But what happened? What is his election, really?

His election is a rebuke. It is a repudiation. A strong, stern message.

It is a rebuke of Obama's policies. It is a repudiation of left wing ideas. It is a message that says there is a MAJOR section of the country that is tired of the neo-liberal track we have been on.

This was a clear signal of our total mistrust and anger toward a mainstream media that has become nothing more than a propaganda department for Obama, and then Hillary.

This was a sign that Americans are largely unwilling to elect someone who is clearly dishonest, deceitful and corrupt. America has handed a defeat to a candidate that carried dozens of scandals with her dating as far back as 1991 in Arkansas.

America was not tricked into voting for a uterus for the sake of voting for a uterus. America was not shamed into voting a certain way by having the word "racist" screamed at us. America was not convinced to vote for Hillary despite being labeled as "bigots".

The election of Trump is a giant middle finger to Obama, Clinton, the mainstream media, George Soros, Huma Abedin, Jay Z, the University system, Black Lives Matter, the Democrat Party, mainstream pollsters, etc.

His election is a historic manifestation of anger. I advise the left wing of the US political system and their supporters to gain a clear understanding of what this is. This is not a typical election that you happened to lose. This is our final message. We are not going to go your way. We are not going to do what you tell us to do. We are not going to stop saying things that you don't like. It doesn't matter that you scream the words "racist" or "sexist" or "homophobic" or "bigot" at us whenever we choose to think in a way that you don't agree with. Those words mean nothing now, and it is your fault.

You need to open your eyes and see clearly what is happening. Over the last eight years you have pushed very hard to advance the agenda of neo-liberalism and weaponized federal entities against us in order to punish us (IRS, EPA, BATFE), and while you pushed, we have armed ourselves heavily. When Obama was elected, there were roughly 100 million privately owned firearms in the US. Today there are approximately 330 million, and a large number of those are AR-15 style rifles. We have purchased TRILLIONS of rounds of ammunition. And now we have apparently elected what you seem to think is your worst nightmare come true.

Now there are some of you calling for "revolution". Some calling to assassinate Trump and Pence both. Calling for secession of Kalifornia. You are rioting and burning and looting in the cities. Attacking random white people for voting for Trump. Calling for more violence and more riots and more burning and more attacks. You are in meltdown mode, and you need to snap yourselves out of it in order to see clearly what has happened, or else we will continue to react in ways that you will not like.

Again, because of your continuous pushing and force feeding us your left wing ideology, we have armed ourselves heavily and elected someone solely for the purpose of giving you a middle finger.

Please, we are begging you, do not keep pushing. Do not keep using violence. Do not keep threatening us. Do not keep using government bureaucracies to hurt us. We have armed ourselves for a reason, elected a wrecking ball for a reason. We are attempting to protect ourselves. It is your fault. This is your doing. You caused these events to take place. We are not coming after you, but you have made it clear that you are coming for us. You have told us this. Your leaders have told us this. Leave us alone. Back off.

You sent us a clear message when you nominated Hillary. She said she wanted "Australian style gun control" in America (in Australia, guns are almost totally outlawed). She labeled at least a quarter of Americans as "irredeemable" and "deplorable". She showed a complete disdain and malice toward us as people. You sent us a clear message by nominating her. We received it. Now it's time you clearly receive our message.

Stop pushing us, or eventually you will suffer the consequences. We all will.

For your thought process, from Weapons Man

Confiscate this.

Things are not looking good for Clinton.

New evidence is making things things very interesting for the Clinton camp. Investigations into Anthony Weiner's texting have uncovered emails on he and his wife's computer (he is married to longtime Clinton aide, Huma Abedin) that were previously unseen by the FBI. Also, there is evidence that Clinton's private email server was hacked by at least five foreign intelligence security services (FISS) and that classified information was taken.

Adapting to the flow of information and truth

I think Trump and Hillary both have all of the hallmarks of a future dictatorial strongman who will trash the Constitution and attack their perceived enemies. Clinton's perceived enemies are of course Christians, men, veterans, white people, Southerners, gun owners, conservatives, etc. Trump's perceived enemies are probably a much shorter list than that, though I don't want to see any executive attacking their own perceived enemies.

I know for a fact that Hillary AIMS to dismantle the US Constitution and erode our liberties to subjugate us. While I believe Trump has the ability to do the same thing, I do NOT believe that he aims to do so. Additionally, he has surrounded himself with a number of strong Constitutionalist organizations and people, and I am ready to vote for Trump on the assumption that he is willing to keep them around and heed their advice. Without the advice of close by Constitutionalists, he will revert to his reflexes, which are to lean leftward. His complete lack of understanding of the purpose and meaning of the US Constitution as a document that is written in order to protect us from HIM (or Hillary) is something that MUST be remedied. I am willing to vote for Trump on the assumption that he has people near him that are working on this. In speeches in my home state of Florida, he has mentioned the US Constitution, which is an improvement from earlier in the campaign, when he rarely would do so.

In 1776 the revolution was begun (really 1775, or even earlier) by colonists who included statesmen, soldiers, politicians, drunkards, womanizers, bar fighters, scoundrels, antagonizers, criminals, spies and traitors (to the crown). If we are to turn the country around, we don't have enough people to do it if we exclude the usefulness of the people who do not always meet our standards. While this does not mean we need the likes of scum like John McCain or Mitch McConnell, we may very be able to use the services of people like Jeff Miller, Marco Rubio, or even Donald Trump.

I am willing to support Trump enough to vote for him (at least for today, November 2nd, because who knows what's going to happen tomorrow), though I am still not confident my vote even matters though, or will be counted correctly, so that helps my willingness to vote for him, since I'm not sure it matters anyway. I don't believe there is any voting our way out of the problems we face. But as Trump has evolved through these few months, he has evolved in a direction I can definitely support. If a candidate is able to see some light and change his views as he discovers more truth, then a person must be able to change their own actions based on that. One group of people are truly in the bag for a candidate no matter what happens, and the other group is in truly in the bag against a candidate no matter what happens. Both groups are wrong. We need to be able to adapt our views and actions as we discover more truth.

Proof that Hillary Clinton was given advance notice of questions to be asked at CNN debate.

In case you need it, here is the proof that CNN political hack Donna Brazile gave the Hillary campaign a heads up on questions to be asked at the CNN debate. Donna Brazile was let go for it, and is now the interim chair of the DNC.

What a shock.

Thanks to Wikileaks, we can all now see with our own eyes the corruption in the media and DC.

TINVOWOOT (There is no voting our way out of this)
